You’ll be a trusted talent partner to the business, bringing strong stakeholder management, recruiting expertise, mentorship and market insight to hiring decisions. You’ll balance strategic partnership with hands-on execution, helping teams make clear, informed decisions while keeping the candidate experience at the heart of what we do. What You'll Do • Partner closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to understand their business priorities and translate them into effective hiring strategies. • Build trusted relationships with stakeholders, using data, market knowledge, and sound judgment to influence hiring decisions. • Advise hiring teams on talent mapping, market dynamics, candidate expectations, and recruiting best practices. • Use talent insights to proactively identify opportunities and continuously improve how we hire, partnering with our Talent Intelligence lead as needed. • Manage recruiters across the JAPAC/SAMEA Talent Acquisition team, sharing expertise, providing coaching, and helping raise the bar for how we work together. • Collaborate with global Talent Acquisition colleagues and cross-functional partners across Spotify, sharing knowledge and contributing to broader talent initiatives. • Partner with our Talent Intelligence Lead to leverage market insights and shape targeted hiring strategies and proactive recruitment efforts for niche skills. • Own end-to-end recruitment for roles across your area, from intake and talent mapping through interviews, offer, and close. • Create an inclusive, consistent, and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey. Who You Are • You have experience managing end-to-end recruitment in a fast-moving, complex organization. • You build trusted relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders and are comfortable constructively challenging thinking and processes when it leads to better hiring decisions. • You can translate business priorities into clear and practical talent strategies. • You communicate with clarity and empathy and can adapt your approach to different audiences and situations. • You know how to manage competing priorities while maintaining a thoughtful and high-quality stakeholder experience. • You use data, market insight, and human judgment to anticipate needs, inform decisions and influence. • You care deeply about equitable and inclusive hiring and look for ways to build fairness into recruiting processes. • You are collaborative, curious, and comfortable navigating change and ambiguity. Where You'll Be • This role is based in Singapore. • We offer you the flexibility to work where you work best ! There will be some in-person meetings but it still allows for flexibility to work from home. We ask that you come to the office 3 times per week.
